Job summary

Kerry Consulting is assisting an established international financial institution to recruit a senior Compliance professional for its Singapore Wealth Management business. The role supports regional compliance across Singapore and Hong Kong.

You will oversee regulatory and product compliance advisory, client conduct and suitability, AML/CFT and sanctions, and monitor regulatory developments, collaborating with business leaders and regional control functions.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Compliance experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management.
• Strong knowledge of MAS regulations; cross-border experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key Compliance contact for the Singapore Wealth Management business and support the regional compliance framework for Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Provide regulatory and product Compliance advisory, client conduct & suitability, AML/CFT and sanctions monitoring, and regulatory developments.
