Job summary

RUNSUN SERVICE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to lead the implementation, oversight, and continuous enhancement of the company’s compliance framework.

The role collaborates with business and cross‑functional teams to embed controls, monitoring, documentation, and remediation into day‑to‑day operations. The successful candidate will own key workstreams, identify gaps and risks, challenge practices where appropriate, and drive remediation to completion.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk and controls, audit, governance, KYC/KYB.
• Experience independently managing compliance matters with business teams.
• Experience in technology, cloud infrastructure, fintech, or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of operational compliance, internal controls, KYC/KYB, and monitoring.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of implementing and enhancing the company’s compliance framework, policies, and controls.
• Embed compliance requirements into day‑to‑day operations and business processes.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and applicable requirements; identify gaps and risks.
• Drive remediation of identified issues and ensure timely closure with stakeholders.
• Oversee KYC/KYB and customer due diligence processes, including ongoing monitoring.
• Provide guidance on key compliance matters and escalate as needed to Head of Compliance.
• Maintain documentation, evidence, and audit trails for governance and audits.
• Coordinate periodic reviews of policies and internal guidance to reflect changes.
