We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Analystto support in maintaining and strengthening the Company's global AML/CFT and sanctions compliance framework. The role is responsible for performing independent quality assurance reviews over financial crime controls, providing advisory to business and operational stakeholders, supporting regulatory licensing and governance initiatives, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of AML systems and controls.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including AML Operations, Product, Legal, Risk, and Technology, to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, Singapore, and the European Union. This role also supports regulatory engagements, financial crime investigations, policy governance, corporate secretariat activities, and enterprise-wide AML/CFT initiatives, while promoting a strong culture of compliance throughout the organisation.
