Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in business analysis, preferably in a data centre, IT infrastructure, telecommunications, or technology environment
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Financial knowledge to build business cases and financial models
• Appreciation of technical knowledge of data centres, telecommunications and other technologies relevant to data centres
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pricing for bids/RFPs and non-standard or complex products/solutions
• Conduct commercial risk assessment for customer contracts and other strategic initiatives / investment
• Work with all business units (eg legal) to review non-standard contracts or non-standard terms
• Drive the review/approval process with Deal Committee for proposals that are non-standard/complex/capex-intensive
• Provide support to Sales on commercial proposals (pricing and costing)
• Perform win-loss analysis
• Co-drive regular review of costing / pricing in the various markets with Sales and Product
• Co-drive the review the renewal / churn of service agreements / leases with Sales
• Prepare Sales forecast and pipeline analysis
• Proactively present suggestions for process/business improvements and assume accountability for implementation of relevant initiatives
• Drives the digitizing of commercial and quotation processes to improve efficiency
