Job summary

Total Facility Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Executive in Singapore to manage pre- and post-contract activities across M&E/CSA projects. You will coordinate tender submissions, cost estimation, and contract administration, ensuring cost control and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include preparing pricing, managing subcontractor quotations, and monitoring project budgets. Strong negotiation and English communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in pre- and post-contract roles, preferably with Main-Con or M&E projects.
• Experience in CSA or M&E projects.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Able to read & interpret project specifications/drawings.
• Good command of English to understand contract terms and negotiate with clients & contractors.

Responsibilities

• Study specifications to understand customer requirements.
• Source, evaluate and select subcontractors/vendors' quotations.
• Coordinate with technical and engineering team on technical proposal submission.
• Prepare BoQ take-off, cost estimation, cost breakdown and cost summary from inputs.
• Prepare pricing summaries and tender documents for submission to customers.
• Organise and transfer awarded projects to the project department for execution.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final accounts with customers and subcontractors.
• Perform cost analysis and evaluate quotations, claims and variations.
• Project cost control and monitor project budget, insurance and bonds.
• Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
