Job summary

AECOM is a global infrastructure leader seeking a senior commercial analyst to lead cost and performance analysis across major projects. You will drive risk assessment, maintain data integrity, and produce timely forecasts for leadership review.

This role focuses on EVM, margin analysis, and contract compliance, with a need for strong communication skills and hands-on experience in project controls within infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in commercial analysis, project controls, or cost management in construction/engineering/infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial analysis with data integrity and insights for decisions and risk management.
• Serve as senior advisor on large, complex projects.
• Deliver accurate commercial reporting, analysis and forecasting.
• Drive EVM and performance index reporting ensuring cost/schedule alignment.
• Analyze cost, revenue, margin and cash performance; identify trends and risks.
• Assess margin erosion, cash performance and change recovery trends.
• Support disciplined change, cost and risk tracking with monetization impact.
• Ensure data integrity across commercial systems supporting audits and compliance.
• Support governance reviews and approval workflows per policies.
• Lead contract compliance monitoring and adherence to obligations.
• Develop, review, and challenge EAC and ETC forecasts.
• Provide insights to support margin enhancement and business performance.
