Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group seeks a Senior Executive Engineer (Structural) to provide independent civil and structural design for wharf structures and marine retaining systems. The role requires leadership of a small design team, preparation of reports and drawings, and coordination with geotechnical and environmental specialists in a multidisciplinary setting.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering, PE Board registration in Singapore is a plus, and at least 8 years’

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore.
• Minimum 8 years of civil/structural engineering design experience in a consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent civil and structural design for wharf structures, temporary structures and other retaining structures.
• Prepare technical design reports, calculations and drawings per project requirements and codes.
• Coordinate among design disciplines, review submissions, and manage tender documentation.
