Job summary

The DKD Group in Singapore, the region’s largest Anytime franchisee, is seeking a dynamic multi-site leader to drive revenue growth, enhance member experience, and optimize operations across clubs. You will lead membership sales via multi-channel outreach, nurture member relationships for referrals, conduct canvassing campaigns, and oversee personal training initiatives to maximize

Qualifications

• Must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance development.

Responsibilities

• Drive new membership sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Use a multi-channel approach to secure sufficient leads for the sales.
• Build relationships with your member base to ensure a steady flow of referrals.
• Conduct neighborhood canvassing campaigns to generate leads.
• Monitor sales metrics and optimize conversion strategies.
• Ensure PT targets are met through effective sales and scheduling.
• Drive PT services during the membership signing process to maximize conversion.
• Support trainer development and certification compliance.
• Optimize PT programming to enhance member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PT Manager to maximize personal training revenue.
• Maintain high member satisfaction and retention rates.
• Create a welcoming environment that enhances the member journey.
• Handle member feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
• Ensure consistent delivery of member onboarding and consultations.
• Implement effective retention programs and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and mentor your respective employees.
• Create performance objectives and development plans for direct reports.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide leadership coaching.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead multi-site team meetings and facilitate best practice sharing.
