The DKD Group in Singapore is hiring motivated Personal Trainers who are sales-driven and results-oriented to grow the PT business through client acquisition and retention.

You will drive PT sales, design personalized programs, manage client progress, and contribute to gym operations and events, while delivering excellent member service and achieving targets.

The DKD Group, an Anytime Fitness franchise operator in Singapore, is looking for highly motivated, sales-driven and results-oriented Personal Trainers to join our growing team.

We are seeking individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment, take ownership of their performance and are passionate about growing their PT business through client acquisition, retention and results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Personal Training Sales & Business Development

• Proactively generate leads, conduct fitness consultations and convert prospects into PT clients.

• Actively engage gym members to identify new sales opportunities.

• Achieve individual PT sales and performance targets.

2. Client Management & Retention

• Build strong client relationships to drive consistent training frequency, retention and renewals.

• Design and deliver personalised training programmes to help clients achieve measurable results.

• Monitor client progress and maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

3. Club Operations & Member Engagement

• Maintain gym cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness, including equipment cleaning and general housekeeping duties.

• Ensure gym equipment is properly maintained, organised and safe for member use.

• Assist with daily club operations and provide excellent member service.

• Support membership sales, promotions and other ad-hoc sales initiatives when required.

• Assist with club events, marketing activities and other duties assigned by Club Management.

4. Performance & Accountability

• Take ownership of individual sales targets, training sessions conducted and client retention.

• Maintain accurate records of PT sales, client progress and daily activities.

• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Recognised Personal Training certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent) preferred.

• Strong sales mindset with high motivation to achieve and exceed targets.

• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, resilient and comfortable engaging potential clients.

• Passionate about fitness, customer service and long-term client success.

• Team player willing to support club operations beyond personal training responsibilities.
