Job summary

Dyson Institute in Singapore seeks a Senior Cloud Engineer to own the end-to-end 'Out of the Box' experience for Dyson's connected product portfolio, designing device-to-app pairing via the Dyson Link app and building high-performance APIs and microservices. You will work autonomously yet collaboratively to deliver scalable solutions in AWS.

You will use Node.js, C#, or the best tool for the job, running in containers or as serverless functions in the AWS cloud.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in cloud architecture and development.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
• Experience building production-grade software and working in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy microservices or serverless applications on AWS.
• Monitor, measure, and investigate production issues and drive to resolution.
• Understand integration with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration.
• Build and manage end-to-end data pipelines and data structures for analysis.
• Develop dashboards using Tableau to facilitate data reporting.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team.
