Job summary

RED Global is urgently seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer in Singapore. You will design, build, and optimize secure cloud infrastructure to support AI/ML deployments, with emphasis on GCP, DevOps, and modern AI services.

The role requires expertise in cloud architecture, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and automation. The ideal candidate will excel in containerized deployments, Linux scripting, and collaborating across technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable cloud solutions for an enterprise

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience designing deploying and managing cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud or equivalent.
• Hands-on with AI/ML platform services including model development deployment and generative AI capabilities.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking IAM security storage and compute services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools; Terraform is a plus.
• Good knowledge of DevOps practices including version control CI/CD automation and container-based deployments.

RED is urgently hiring for one of our premium IT global client based in Singapore.

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), DevOps, and Google's AI services. You will build, manage, and optimize secure cloud infrastructure while supporting AI and machine learning deployments. The ideal candidate has expertise in cloud architecture, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and automation, with a focus on delivering scalable and reliable cloud solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure on a leading public cloud platform, preferably Google Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with modern AI/ML platform services, including model development, deployment, and generative AI capabilities.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, identity and access management, security, storage, and compute services.
• Experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, with Terraform being an advantage.
• Good knowledge of DevOps practices, including version control, CI/CD, automation, and container‑based deployments.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for cloud environments.
• Knowledge of cloud security standards, governance, and operational best practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise‑scale or complex cloud environments.
