Job summary

Straive, a Singapore-based data and AI solutions provider, seeks a hands-on Senior Solution Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud-native data & AI platforms. You will own end-to-end delivery from pipelines to production deployments.

You’ll work with AWS, Snowflake, Python/Java, and AI tools to translate business needs into scalable tech. The role emphasizes performance, security, governance, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional engineering experience delivering production‑grade systems.
• Deep hands-on AWS and Snowflake expertise; certifications preferred.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java; AI/ML familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate end-to-end, production‑grade data & AI solutions.
• Develop scalable, secure pipelines for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Model and optimize Snowflake datasets for performance and usability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate delivery.
• Build cloud-native integrations and automation using AWS services.
• Own deployment, release, and production operations with strong troubleshooting.
