Job summary

Straive, a Singapore-based data and AI solutions provider, seeks a hands-on Senior Solution Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud-native data & AI platforms. You will own end-to-end delivery from pipelines to production deployments.

You’ll work with AWS, Snowflake, Python/Java, and AI tools to translate business needs into scalable tech. The role emphasizes performance, security, governance, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional engineering experience delivering production‑grade systems.
• Deep hands-on AWS and Snowflake expertise; certifications preferred.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java; AI/ML familiarity is a plus.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software/Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional engineering experience delivering production‑grade systems.
• Deep hands‑on AWS and Snowflake expertise (certifications preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java.
• Familiarity with AWS AI services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock) and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with AI‑assisted engineering tools as part of daily workflow.
• Background in financial services is a plus.
