You will lead technical engagements, craft runbooks, and contribute to NVIDIA’s infrastructure roadmap, requiring strong consulting, English fluency, and 5+ years in scalable cloud environments.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related fields.
• 5+ years managing scalable cloud environments and automation engineering.
• Native or professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and maintain large-scale AI/compute infrastructure including monitoring and workload orchestration via Kubernetes and Linux schedulers.
• Lead engagements to resolve issues, advocate for customer needs, and guide post-deployment reviews.
• Develop and present runbooks, onboarding materials, and guides for customers and internal teams.
• Present NVIDIA infrastructure roadmap insights and drive architectural reviews for customers.
