Job summary

Synapxe is seeking an experienced IT project lead with a strong background in delivering medium to large-scale IT systems. The role requires deep knowledge of system architecture, integration, and end-to-end workflows, along with leadership and excellent communication to coordinate diverse stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years in IT with at least 6 years hands-on experience, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while driving continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or equivalent.
• 8–10 years in the IT industry with at least 6 years of hands-on experience implementing IT systems.
• Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with medium to large scale projects, system architecture & design, integration and end-to-end workflows.
• Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and analytical capability.
• Time management and multi-tasking across multiple projects.
• Ability to cope with changes and pressure and stay focused on goals.
• Think outside the box and push for continuous process improvement.
• Independent work style and good team collaboration.
• Healthcare domain knowledge and/or deployment experience in large projects is advantageous.
