Job summary

Nestlé R&D, Singapore seeks a Clinical Project Manager to oversee the operational phase of clinical trials, ensuring timely data delivery in line with internal SOPs and ICH GCP.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and coordinating TMF and regulatory inputs. You will drive multi-site, international studies while coaching CRAs to ensure trial success and regulatory readiness. This position is based in Jurong, Singapore and demands strong collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• GCP certification is required.
• 4–5 years of clinical project management experience in Food/Pharma/CRO.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational teams and coordinating with trial stakeholders.
• Budget and contract management experience.
• Management of Trial Master File (TMF) and EC approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and co-ordinate all activities to operationalise the study protocol, delivering clinical trial reports on schedule.
• Ensure study activities comply with ICH GCP and internal SOPs.
• Track budgets and contracts, providing input to financial systems.
• Prepare, review, and QC essential trial documents and TMF collection.
• Coordinate investigational product logistics and site management across multiple regions.
• Mentor CRAs and trial staff across sites and studies.
