Job summary

Nestle R&D, Singapore is seeking a Clinical Project Manager with 4–5 years of experience to lead the operational phase of clinical trials for food/pharma/CRO contexts. You will ensure timely delivery of quality data while adhering to ICH GCP and internal SOPs.

This role involves protocol feasibility, budget tracking, TMF management, site and vendor oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to drive study success across multi-site, international studies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years clinical project management experience in Food/Pharma/CRO industry.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the study protocol outline and budget development, assessing site and staff suitability.
• Lead and coordinate activities to operationalise the study protocol for timely delivery of trial data.
• Conduct operational activities according to SOPs and ICH GCP guidelines to ensure data quality.
• Track and manage study contracts and input into financial systems, reporting on budget to stakeholders.
• Prepare, review and quality control essential study documents and collate TMF records.
• Ensure trial subject protection and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of working processes.
