Job summary

Nestlé R&D, Singapore is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to oversee the operational phase of clinical trials, ensuring timely, high-quality data in line with ICH GCP and internal SOPs.

Requirements include 4–5 years in clinical project management within Food/Pharma/CRO, and GCP certification. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and TMF, and oversee multi-site international studies from the Singapore base.

Qualifications

• GCP certification and 4-5 years clinical project management experience in Food/Pharma/CRO.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to protocol outline and budget development; assess site/staff suitability.
• Lead operationalisation of the study protocol to deliver trial reports on baseline timelines.
• Ensure data quality per SOPs and ICH GCP guidelines.
• Track and manage study contracts; input into financial systems; report budgets.
• Prepare, review and quality-control essential documents; TMF compliance.
• Ensure trial subject protection.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
