TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Clinical Research professional to lead and coordinate trials from planning through study completion in Singapore.

You will manage timelines, milestones and deliverables, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role calls for strong leadership, risk management and a proven track record in early-phase clinical studies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Life Sciences, Healthcare or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience, preferably with early-phase clinical research.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes and study execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical research projects from planning through study completion.
• Manage study timelines, milestones, deliverables and operational activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders and study partners.
• Provide operational guidance on clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.
• Support study planning, protocol reviews and project execution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and share best practices.
• Lead or participate in post-study reviews and lessons-learned activities.
