Job summary

PMO - Strategy Group in Singapore seeks a policy-oriented Climate Tech Analyst within NCCS. You will support the CCSSTO by researching emerging climate technologies, assessing deployment potential, and shaping decarbonisation strategies for national priorities.

You will analyse technical and economic feasibility, translate findings into policy insights, and engage a wide range of external partners to identify opportunities and drive informed decision-making for Singapore’s climate agenda.

Qualifications

• Experience in climate technology or related field is advantageous.
• Ability to conduct deep research and analyses of technical and economic feasibility.
• Ability to translate analyses into clear policy insights and actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable engaging diverse external stakeholders, including VC firms, climate tech start-ups, corporates and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance emerging climate technologies to support decarbonisation in Singapore.
• Conduct technical and economic feasibility analyses and inform deployment pathways.
• Provide policy insights and actionable recommendations to CCSSTO and partner agencies.
• Engage diverse external stakeholders to build partnerships and identify opportunities.
