PMO - Strategy Group in Singapore seeks a policy-oriented Climate Tech Analyst within NCCS. You will support the CCSSTO by researching emerging climate technologies, assessing deployment potential, and shaping decarbonisation strategies for national priorities.
You will analyse technical and economic feasibility, translate findings into policy insights, and engage a wide range of external partners to identify opportunities and drive informed decision-making for Singapore’s climate agenda.
The Strategy Group leads and organises the Public Service to deliver the Government’s long-term, cross-cutting priorities. The National Climate Change Secretariat (NCCS), under the Strategy Group, develops, coordinates and implements Singapore’s domestic and international climate change strategies. You will play four key roles:
You will be part of the Climate Change, Sustainability, Science and Technology Office (CCSSTO) within NCCS. CCSSTO serves as NCCS' technology office, with the mandate of identifying and advancing emerging technologies that can support Singapore's decarbonisation and climate resilience. Working at the intersection of science, technology and policy, you will help shape how Singapore evaluates, develops and deploys climate solutions.

The Strategy Group in the Prime Minister’s Office drives Whole‑of‑Government strategic planning, and partners government agencies on policy development. It identifies key priorities and emerging issues over the medium to long term, such as population and climate change; it influences strategic resource allocation; and catalyses new functions and capabilities in order to deliver policies that are in the long-term interest of Singapore.
