Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, customer service, or account administration within insurance or financial services.
• Foundational knowledge of wealth holding vehicles and fiduciary structures.
• Familiarity with regulatory due diligence, AML, or cross-border tax compliance guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal communication for managing complex partner and client relationships.
• Proficient with office software and spreadsheet tools for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end policy servicing inquiries and maintenance requests with partners, trustees, and underwriters.
• Coordinate onboarding, due diligence, and international reporting across holding entities.
• Maintain documentation workflows and data tracking across client accounts for smooth post-sales administration.
• Serve as central communications bridge between fiduciaries, banking partners, and insurers to uphold high service standards.
