• CACS Paper 1 and 2.
• 5–10 years of client servicing experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and client servicing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; language skills per market needs.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and clients.
• Client-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude; professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers.
• Prepare account documentation, onboarding files, and client instructions.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Operations for timely processing of requests.
• Monitor transactions and ensure proper execution and settlement.
• Maintain accurate client records in internal systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for client enquiries regarding operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with risk controls and standards.
• Support additional tasks and projects as required.
