We are seeking client-focused, proactive, and relationship-oriented individuals to join us as Assistant Client Advisors. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting senior advisors in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, coordinating financial reviews, and delivering a smooth and professional client experience.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building long-term relationships, supporting financial planning discussions, and developing their knowledge in wealth management and financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior advisors in understanding clients' financial goals, needs and priorities
- Support the preparation of financial reviews, proposals, reports and presentation materials for client discussions
- Assist in coordinating client meetings, appointments, financial reviews and follow-ups
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely follow-up on enquiries, requests and outstanding matters
- Support the delivery of client servicing activities and ensure a smooth client experience throughout the engagement process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the implementation and servicing of client solutions
- Stay updated on financial products, market developments and industry trends
- Support client engagement initiatives, events and relationship-building activities
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support business development initiatives
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, prospects and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Singaporean/PR
- Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or any recognised Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience in client servicing, wealth management, financial services, banking, insurance, relationship management or customer-facing roles will be an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Client-focused, proactive and detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn
- Good organisational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple client matters
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment and supporting financial discussions
- Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player
