Job summary

Coalition Greenwich, a leading analytics firm and a division of CRISIL, seeks a relationship-driven interview specialist to uncover insights in the finance industry within Singapore. You will engage with senior buy-side professionals across corporates and financial institutions and help execute marketing strategies while collecting critical data.

You will conduct interviews, input data into the Coalition Greenwich platform, and support research with strong communication and Excel skills,

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Asset Management, Corporate Banking or Markets.
• Prior client facing experience.
• Technically capable in Excel.
• Outstanding organizational, persuasive, and time-management skills.
• Tenacity and perseverance toward study results.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct interviews with financial executives at selected Corporates and Financial institutions.
• Represent Coalition Greenwich to top executives, demonstrating high levels of ability, knowledge and integrity.
• Build and nurture relationships through in-person and telephone interviews.
• Collect data through conversations and questionnaires. Input data into Coalition Greenwich platform.
• Contribute to Coalition Greenwich research and insights through the data gathering and relationship building process.
• Manage team of freelancers in similar capacity.
• Nourish freelancers with product knowledge.
