Job summary

We Are Social Singapore is seeking a (Senior) Account Director to lead client accounts and teams, driving the planning and delivery across our core social, content, and integrated campaigns. You’ll partner with senior clients and internal teams to ensure excellence across strategies and executions.

As a senior leader, you’ll grow existing business, deepen client relationships, demonstrate thought leadership, and help bring new business into the agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar industry.
• Proven ability to lead social media operations and campaigns.
• Strong data analytics skills to develop data-led proposals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with senior clients.
• Experience with regional and/or global clients.
• Ability to grow organic client growth and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own account leadership for assigned key clients and build senior-level relationships.
• Shape and drive vision and activity for each account based on client dynamics.
• Lead always-on social media and social-first campaigns at global/regional levels.
• Set clear communications direction across agency departments and translate briefs into multi-project guidance.
• Own timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.
• Inspire, coach, and grow the account management team and collaborate cross-functionally.
