Job summary

LS 2 MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring to supervise multiple teams of cleaners across several projects in Singapore. You will train cleaners and team leaders on service standards, assist in planning work schedules and deployment of manpower, and ensure safety and compliance with procedures and tender specifications.

You will also implement plans to improve work processes, handle complaints, check equipment and stock levels, and submit daily reports. Singaporean and PR only.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple teams of cleaners in multiple cleaning projects
• Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards and provide help and guidance when necessary
• Assist in planning work schedules and deployment of manpower
• Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and tender specifications
• Implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality
• Interact and handle complaints and feedback and build relationships with customers
• Check cleaning equipment condition
• Monitor cleaning material stock level and re-order materials when needed
• Solve operational problems and make decisions
• Submit daily cleaning report
• Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace
