Responsibilities

• Lead multiple site teams for water service works, pipe laying, and urgent repairs across Singapore.
• Ensure all works comply with method statements, specs and standards.
• Maintain on-site public relations and prompt resolution of complaints.
• Monitor budgets, equipment allocation, and manpower deployment.
• Document site progress, client communications, and safety records.
