Ley Choon Constructions And Engineering Pte Ltd is recruiting a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead and manage on-site operations for the Operations Department in Singapore. You will oversee site surveys, direct multi-team site work (pipe laying and urgent repairs), ensure strict EHS compliance, and optimize resource deployment across the country.

You will coordinate with project management and clients, handle notices and public relations, and drive efficiency while maintaining safety standards

Qualifications

• Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in site operations.
• Strong knowledge of pipe laying and urgent repair operations.
• Good understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce on site.
• Ability to conduct site surveys and manage scheduling with project teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and cost-saving opportunity analysis.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying skills gaps and supporting team development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct multiple site teams delivering water service works, pipe laying and urgent repairs across Singapore.
• Coordinate scheduling, equipment, and manpower; monitor budgets and report progress.
• Ensure compliance with approved method statements and standards; manage public relations.
• Monitor documentation, inventory, and administrative reports; track key metrics.
• Mentor and develop field personnel and identify training needs.
• Maintain zero-harm safety culture and enforce EHS policies.
• Support night shifts and variable hours as project schedules require.
