Job summary

My Masterclass in Singapore invites a Senior Chemistry Tutor to join our premium team. You will deliver engaging lessons aligned to IP and G3 Chemistry syllabi, guided by our in-house materials and pedagogical framework.

With 3–5 years of teaching experience in tuition centres or private settings, you inspire mastery, provide timely progress updates to students and parents, and contribute to curriculum development and leadership as the centre grows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of teaching experience in tuition centres or private settings.
• Deep familiarity with the G3 and IP Chemistry syllabus.
• Passion for inspiring students and building mastery and confidence.
• Willingness to teach and improve My Masterclass’ structured curriculum and materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective lessons aligned to IP and G3 Chemistry syllabus.
• Guide students using in-house materials and pedagogical framework.
• Provide timely feedback and academic progress updates to students and parents.
• Maintain excellent classroom management and rapport with students.
• Independent class management in later years, develop new materials, mentor juniors.
• Participate in marketing, community outreach, and content initiatives.
• Take on leadership opportunities including managing a branch under My Masterclass.
