Job summary

My Masterclass in Singapore is seeking a Junior Math Tutor to join our premium tuition center. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of tutoring experience (fresh graduates welcome), familiarity with G3 and IP Math materials, and a passion for inspiring students and building mastery.

You will be trained in curriculum, classroom management, and teaching methods, and you will grow into leadership roles including curriculum development and potential branch management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years tutoring experience in a private setting preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiarity with My Masterclass's G3 and IP Math materials.
• A passion for inspiring students and helping them build mastery and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Train in curriculum and teaching materials; classroom management and active feedback; take ownership of student progress.
• By year two, run your class independently and adapt to different student needs.
• From year three onward, plan schemes of work aligned with the curriculum and mentor junior tutors.
• Participate in marketing, community outreach, and centre leadership.

The Opportunity

We are inviting a Junior Math Tutor to join our dynamic team. This is a role for an educator who has:

• 1-2 years of tutoring experience in a private setting preferred, fresh graduates welcome

• Familiarity with My Masterclass's G3 and IP Math materials

Responsibilities

In Your First 1–2 Years, Build Foundations

• You will be trained in curriculum and teaching materials, classroom management, teaching methods, and active feedback techniques. You will take ownership and be accountable for the progress, performance of all students under your care.

• By the second year, you will get familiar with the depth and topics covered across different schools and syllabuses, where you will run your class independently and adapt to different students needs.

As You Grow With Us (Years 3–6):

• You will be in charge of the planning of schemes of work of your classes, in line with the rigor of My Masterclass's curriculum

• Mentor and train junior tutors, improve on My Masterclass's curriculum

• Participate in marketing, community outreach, and content initiatives

• Take on leadership opportunities — including managing your own branch under My Masterclass

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience teaching Math (IP/O Level) in tuition center or private settings

• Five working days withboth weekendscommitment

• Excellent subject mastery and ability to explain complex concepts clearly

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine care for student success

• Teaching at H2 level or another science subject is a plus
