Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Chef de Partie (CDP) for a full-time role at a Central Singapore kitchen. You will prepare and cook to recipe standards, ensure food quality, manage stock, and train junior staff.

The 44-hour week over five days includes rotating night shifts (earliest 11am, latest 4am). Night shift transport is provided; a yearly bonus is offered. Candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Relevant kitchen experience as CDP or similar.
• Comfortable with late nights and weekends.
• Able to start work on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality and presentation are consistent.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
• Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff.
