• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• 7–8 years of relevant working experience in programme management, finance, or administration.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, reporting, and analysis experience.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• CET Programme Management & Operations: end-to-end planning, scheduling, delivery, and feedback collection.
• Learner lifecycle management: admissions, enrolment, communications and post-programme support.
• Primary contact for CET learners with high-quality support and inquiries.
• Collaborate with faculty and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide admin support to Course Directors and assist with programme tasks.
• Manage all programme logistics including scheduling, venue and materials.
• Improve processes for efficiency and scalability; ensure policy compliance.
