Job summary

Job Responsibilities
  • CCMS Engineering & Niagara Platform Management Lead Niagara programming, configuration, development and troubleshooting. Develop, maintain and improve CCMS graphics, dashboards and user interfaces. Perform system integration with HVAC, electrical, metering and third-party systems. Lead troubleshooting of BACnet, Modbus and IP communication issues. Review and optimize system architecture for reliability and scalability. Maintain point naming conventions, tagging standards and engineering databases. Ensure all engineering changes comply with established standards and governance requirements. Develop and maintain control logic documentation and system architecture drawings.
  • Controls Engineering & System Optimization Evaluate and optimize control sequences and Sequence of Operations (SOO). Identify opportunities to improve HVAC performance, occupant comfort and system reliability. Manage override governance and reduce persistent overrides. Conduct engineering reviews of control strategies and operational logic. Support TAB (Testing, Adjusting and Balancing) activities and performance validation. Develop engineering solutions to improve operational efficiency and equipment performance.
  • Fault Detection, Diagnostics & Advanced Analytics Lead deployment and continuous enhancement of Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD) systems. Develop fault detection rules for critical HVAC and utility systems. Conduct system fault analytics and trend analysis. Perform root cause investigation for recurring system issues. Develop predictive maintenance and condition-based monitoring strategies. Establish performance dashboards and analytics reports. Support AI-driven analytics and machine learning initiatives.
  • Energy Analytics & Sustainability Develop and maintain energy monitoring dashboards and performance reports. Analyze system performance data and identify energy‑saving opportunities. Support Green Mark, sustainability and decarbonization initiatives. Validate and quantify savings achieved through controls optimization projects. Collaborate with Operations and Facilities Engineering teams on energy efficiency programs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce utility consumption.
  • Niagara Modernization & Digital Transformation Lead Niagara modernization and platform upgrade initiatives. Support Digital Twin implementation and integration. Evaluate emerging smart building technologies. Lead Proof‑of‑Concept (POC) evaluations for new technologies, sensors and software platforms. Support wireless sensor deployment and advanced analytics integration. Participate in future AI and intelligent building automation initiatives. Recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
  • DDC Migration Program Management Lead DDC Controller Migration initiatives across the property. Develop migration strategies, implementation plans and technical standards. Coordinate factory testing, site testing and commissioning activities. Ensure migration activities are executed with minimal operational disruption. Manage technical risks, project milestones and implementation schedules. Maintain migration inventories, lessons learned and project documentation.
  • Project Management Lead CCMS enhancement, upgrade and integration projects. Develop project scope, schedules, budgets and technical specifications. Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors and stakeholders. Conduct design reviews and technical assessments. Monitor project progress and performance against approved schedules. Manage project risk registers and mitigation plans. Ensure successful project handover and documentation.
  • Technical Standards & Governance Develop and maintain CCMS engineering standards. Establish SOPs and best practices for engineering activities. Maintain: System architecture diagrams Network topology drawings Control schematics Point databases Programming backups Integration documentation Support OT governance and cybersecurity compliance requirements. Ensure engineering changes are properly reviewed, documented and approved.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Development Supervise and mentor the team supporting Engineering functions. Provide technical guidance and coaching on Niagara, HVAC controls and system integration. Develop competency matrices and training plans. Conduct technical knowledge‑sharing sessions. Support succession planning and team capability development. Foster continuous improvement, innovation and engineering excellence.
Job Requirements
  • Education & Certification Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related discipline. Niagara Certification preferred. PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred. Building Automation and Controls certifications preferred.
  • Experience Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS) or CCMS. Minimum 3 years of supervisory or project management experience. Strong Niagara Framework knowledge and hands‑on experience. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control strategies. Experience in BACnet, Modbus and system integration. Experience managing DDC migration projects. Experience in building analytics, FDD and performance monitoring. Knowledge of energy management and sustainability initiatives. Experience in Digital Twin, AI analytics or smart building technologies will be advantageous. Understanding of OT cybersecurity principles and critical infrastructure systems preferred.
  • Other Prerequisites Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to engineering quality. Ability to work in plant rooms, technical spaces and operational facilities as required. Ability to participate in testing, commissioning and field verification activities. Perform inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, including accessing equipment located at different heights and locations in accordance with safety procedures.
  • This position requires work to be performed within the Casino premises, successful candidates must meet local regulatory requirements for access to and work within the Casino. May be required to support critical system activities during non‑working hours, shutdowns and project cutover periods.
