Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a senior Controls Engineer to lead Niagara-based CCMS projects across the property, spanning system optimization, modernization, and digital transformation. You will design, implement and troubleshoot control sequences, integration with HVAC, metering and third-party systems, and ensure robust documentation.

You will supervise engineering staff, develop standards, govern OT cybersecurity, support energy analytics, and deliver measurable improvements in reliability,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• Niagara Certification and knowledge of BMS/CCMS architectures preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, control strategies and energy analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Niagara programming, configuration, development and troubleshooting.
• Develop, maintain CCMS graphics, dashboards and user interfaces.
• Perform system integration with HVAC, electrical, metering and third-party systems.
• Lead troubleshooting of BACnet, Modbus and IP communication issues.
• Review and optimize system architecture for reliability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain control logic documentation and system drawings.
• Lead CCMS enhancement, upgrade and integration projects.
• Develop project scopes, schedules and technical specifications.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure on-time delivery.
