Job summary

SWIFT FREIGHT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cargo Executive in Singapore to manage day-to-day airline cargo operations for a South Asian airline.

The role demands at least 5 years of relevant experience in airline cargo or freight forwarding and strong coordination with partners in a fast-paced aviation environment. The candidate should be proficient in AWB handling, cargo documentation, bookings, shipment tracking, and flight coordination, with exposure to DGR considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in airline cargo or freight forwarding.
• Strong coordination between airline, forwarders, ground handlers and customers.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for freight forwarders, cargo agents, shippers and consignees.
• Manage and coordinate cargo sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Handle cargo bookings and coordinate space and movements.
• Monitor flight schedules, capacity and cut-off times.
• Coordinate with airline cargo departments and ground handling.Ensure timely cargo acceptance and loading.
• Prepare and verify Air Waybills and related documentation.
