Job summary

NTUC’s e2i is seeking a Senior Executive/Manager, Career & Job Centre Operations, to join the Career Services & Partnership Group. You will run day-to-day operations and events at the Career Centre, supporting jobseekers to become employed and employable.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive employment initiatives, monitor progress, manage client cases, and provide data-driven insights for improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) with strong data interpretation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities across functions.
• Able to learn and navigate internal systems while handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support employment initiatives and manpower sourcing.
• Monitor and track initiatives, tender processes, and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Analyze operational and performance data to generate insights for stakeholders and improve processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for Career Centre operations and resolve queries with stakeholders.
• Ensure proper tracking of client cases within case management systems with data accuracy.
