1.Home Caregivers Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Personal Relationship Manager to connect families with trusted caregivers. This people-first role blends sales, advisory, and relationship management, with a strong commission potential and flexible hours.

You will guide families through care options, coordinate with the Matching Team, and support interviews to ensure the right caregiver is selected for elderly loved ones.

Qualifications

Experience in client advisory or sales is a plus.
Ability to build relationships with families and caregivers.
Comfort working remotely with flexible hours.
Strong communication and empathy in conversations.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of trust by guiding families to suitable care.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and caregivers.
Capture detailed care needs and coordinate with the Matching Team.
Support interviews and guide clients toward confident decisions.
