HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking Healthcare Assistants (Nursing Aides) to join a growing, compassionate eldercare team in a nursing home setting in Singapore. You will provide ADL support and basic nursing care under a Staff Nurse, maintain documentation, and help ensure a safe, clean environment. This full-time, permanent role offers competitive salary up to $3,500/month plus bonuses, medical benefits, and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

ITE Skill Certificate (ISC) in Healthcare (Home Care) or equivalent.
WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) required.
Minimum 1–2 years in nursing home/eldercare preferred.
BCLS and First Aid certification are advantageous.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting and mobility.
Provide basic nursing care under supervision of a Staff Nurse.
Monitor residents' condition and report abnormalities promptly.
Document nursing care and observations accurately.
Handle, clean, and maintain medical equipment per infection control standards.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
Support other nursing and operational duties as assigned.
