HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Healthcare Assistant (Nursing Aide) in a North-East Singapore nursing home. You will support residents with daily living activities and provide basic nursing care under supervision.

We look for 1–2 years of relevant experience, recognized healthcare certificates, and good communication skills. The role requires rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Attractive salary up to SGD 3,200 plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

ITE/WSQ or overseas nursing certificates required.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in nursing home or healthcare setting preferred.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and First Aid certification advantageous.
Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance.
Provide quality basic nursing care under the supervision of a Staff Nurse.
Monitor residents' physical condition and report any abnormalities promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care and observations.
Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and maintenance of medical equipment in accordance with infection control standards.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
Support other nursing and operational duties as assigned.
