in Singapore is seeking a Nursing Aide / Care Assistant to provide hands-on daily care for elderly clients in assisted living and nursing care settings, working closely with Staff Nurses and other healthcare professionals. This is a full-time, permanent position offering 44 hours per week with 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, monthly rotation, and duties on weekends/public holidays.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience in eldercare or healthcare settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Ability to observe and report changes promptly
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care and assistance to elderly clients
• Ensure comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being of clients
• Observe client conditions and report changes to the nursing team
• Assist Staff Nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering care
• Maintain accurate care documentation and records
• Handle basic medical equipment per procedures
• Follow infection control and safety standards
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet client needs
