Qualifications

• ITE Skill Certificate (ISC) in Healthcare (Home Care), WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in nursing home, eldercare, hospital or healthcare setting.
• BCLS and First Aid Certification is a plus.
• Passionate about caring for seniors and providing quality patient care.
• Able to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting and mobility.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision of a Staff Nurse.
• Monitor residents' health and report abnormalities promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care and observations.
• Ensure proper handling, cleaning and maintenance of medical equipment per infection control standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support other nursing and operational duties as assigned.
