Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in QS, Management Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of cost control and contract management in large-scale projects.
• Experience with FIDIC/NEC forms, variation claims and earned value.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration and cost management for CAPEX projects.
• Post-contract cost control, including payments, changes and final accounts.
• Lead cost reporting, cashflow, and analysis per project requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party QS and cost consultants for variations/claims.
• Prepare pricing documents and analyze tender submissions.
• Maintain project cost control systems and data bases.
