Job summary

WuXi XDC seeks a seasoned Site Operations Leader for the Singapore site to build and guide administration, EHS, procurement, IT, warehouse, IE and related functions. The role ensures seamless project execution by coordinating with manufacturing, engineering and quality teams to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

The candidate will drive budget planning, cost control, and proactive compliance while acting as the external representative with clients, vendors and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of site operations experience in a global pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 5 years of team management experience.
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to take challenges and meet tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead operation-related teams for the Singapore site (administration, EHS, procurement, IT, warehouse, IE).
• Support site management and coordinate with business, manufacturing, engineering and quality for timely, high-quality project execution.
• Manage site expenses, budget planning and cost reduction initiatives with finance partners.
• Provide proactive compliance, safety mindset and service culture across operations.
• Represent the site externally to clients, vendors, partners and local government.
