Job summary

ID21 PTE. LTD. is seeking a CAD Designer / Senior CAD Designer for office interior fit-out projects.

You will prepare and develop detailed drawing sets from concept to construction, ensuring compliance with codes and project requirements while coordinating across architectural, structural, and M&E teams. The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong AutoCAD skills (Revit a plus), and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in corporate office interior fit-out projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit.
• Solid understanding of construction detailing and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot and resolve inconsistencies.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
