Job summary

Bio Design Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced CAD Designer / Interior Designer to support commercial interior fit-out projects. You will prepare technical drawings, assist in design development, and coordinate with clients and project teams.

The role involves preparing AutoCAD and 3D Max outputs, developing design concepts, and creating 3D renderings. Strong communication in English and Chinese is valued for liaising with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant working experience in commercial interior fit-out / renovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings, including layout plans, detailed drawings, and construction drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings and technical drawings for commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Assist in developing design concepts and preparing design presentations.
• Create 3D drawings/renderings using 3D Max or other relevant software.
• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site measurements when required.
• Update drawings according to project requirements and revisions.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and completed within deadlines.
• Maintain proper drawing records and documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

• Able to prepare drawings independently with minimum supervision.

• Proficient in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
