Job summary

Sioux Singapore is developing equipment control software to support customers in semiconductor, analytical and medical industries. The role involves leading a small team, working in a Scrum setup and delivering PC-based, embedded or motion control software with a strong emphasis on C# and UI development.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in C# with OOAD, WPF/MVVM experience and a track record in design patterns, Git workflows, and CI/CD in a hybrid Singapore-based environment.

Qualifications

• Technical background with higher professional or university education.
• Experience in semiconductor/analytical/medical domains preferred.
• 5+ years in C# OO programming and UML tools.
• 5+ years in OO analysis & design with design patterns.
• 5+ years leading Scrum teams with requirement engineering & sprint management.
• Experience with PC-based control, embedded controllers or motion controllers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects to define product architecture in your domain (control software).
• Analyze customer needs in software requirements engineering.
• Analyze, design, implement and test the control software.
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure product quality.
• Lead a small development team and ensure team performance.
• Work within a Scrum team; handle user stories across the full stack.
• Develop functionality using Agile practices emphasizing speed and quality.
• Assume leadership roles for higher positions.
