Senior Business Devt Manager (FinTech) Locations: Singapore & Jakarta

Full-time

MatchMove Pay, one of the fastest, award-winning Financial Technology companies, is looking for qualified candidates with relevant Business Development experience in the Fintech/eCommerce sector to join us as we accelerate our global expansion.

MatchMove is headquartered in Singapore with presence in India, Indonesia, Vietnam, The Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement business development strategies.
• Conduct industry, market and client research.
• Identify business opportunities and generate leads.
• Prepare material for sales pitches and client meetings.
• Conduct sales pitch, deal negotiations and closures.
• Drive business relationships between MatchMove and potential business partners (i.e. Financial Institutions and Corporates).
• Address and resolve client inquiries.
• Manage incoming projects and coordinate with relevant teams on project requirements, delivery and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in any related field.
• 5 to 8 years of sales/business development in Fintech/ePayment industry.
• Strong knowledge of payments, networks and/or the prepaid/payments products.
• Understanding of network fees and interchange would be a plus.
• Effective in the matrix structure and able to use informal networks within to achieve results.
• High energy, hands‑on, detailed‑oriented and able to work independently.
• High degree of self‑initiative, proactive and self‑driven to drive results.
• Able to think outside the box, innovate and differentiate.
• Good team‑player.
• Good organizing skills.
• Self‑starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast paced, culturally diverse and evolving environment.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
