Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive, Business Development to drive partnerships and growth at SIT, Punggol. You will identify and pursue opportunities with corporate, government and institutional partners while building a robust pipeline and managing stakeholder engagements.

The role requires at least 4 years in business development or related fields, CRM proficiency and a track record in partnerships, events, and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business development or related fields.
• Experience building partnerships and managing stakeholder engagements.
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Experience in events, campaigns or lead generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business and partnership opportunities with corporate, government, institutional and international partners.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and stakeholders.
• Conduct market, industry and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Follow up on leads, proposals and discussions to support revenue generation.
• Attend meetings, networking sessions and industry engagements with stakeholders.
• Engage prospective partners to understand business, workforce and capability-building needs.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and partnership materials.
• Coordinate with faculties to develop education and industry solutions.
• Support executive education and professional development programmes.
• Coordinate industry workshops, conferences and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Manage stakeholder enquiries and CRM records.
• Prepare management reports on activities and pipeline.
• Support digital marketing and lead-generation initiatives.

Senior Executive, Business Development

• Working days: Mon to Fri




• Working hours: 9am - 6pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm, depending on HOD




• Working location: Punggol , Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), Punggol (Nearest MRT: Punggol Coast)




• Salary: $3,800 - $4,500




• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Communications, Hospitality, Engineering or a related discipline.




• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, customer relations, partnerships, corporate engagement or a related function.




• Experience in business development, partnership management or account management.




• Experience supporting corporate events, workshops, conferences or stakeholder engagements.




• Experience using CRM systems to manage contacts, opportunities and pipeline activities.




• Experience in digital marketing, campaign management or lead generation will be advantageous.




• Experience in higher education, executive education, professional services, consulting, training or government-related environments will be advantageous
