Key responsibilities include reviewing franchise agreements, leading new franchise outlet development, training and QA to ensure brand standards, organizing data into reports, and assisting with leasing matters.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain franchise agreements, franchise manual, SOP and opening equipment lists.
• Lead, support and manage end-to-end development of new franchise outlets.
• Administer and lead franchise training, audit and QA to ensure brand standards.
• Organize and assemble data into reports as directed.
• Assist with the company’s leasing matters.
• Other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
